Our restaurant “La Terrazza” offers unforgettable flavors, prepared with ingredients sourced directly from our organic garden. Our chef Orlando creates excellent dishes inspired by the tradition of Grandma Ida, using extra-virgin olive oil produced on-site.
We strictly follow passed-down recipes to preserve the authenticity and genuine taste of local cuisine.
It’s worth noting that the Mediterranean diet originated in Nicotera, located just four kilometers from our hotel, with which we share this precious culinary heritage.
